A friend told me that uploading a doodle via a form goes against what a doodle is, so I took her advice and simplified the process. But because this is a research project, I need to keep the form here. Besides for a nerd like me, it's kind of fun to have a form that you can fill out and easily upload your images to.p>
The form is provided by Formassembly.com and it is a PRIVATE process. Your information cannot be seen by anyone else but me--it is not posted anywhere public.
I apologize in advance for all the legal verbage below. I have no nasty intentions behind it--it's just for protection in the future, as it might be hard to track participants. For example, if I write an article about what I'm discovering, it would be a bummer not to be able to share a doodle just because I couldn't locate someone for approval, so I'd rather get approval now. But considering the celebratory spirit behind this project, I will, of course, do my best to let participants know if I have used their doodle.
Also, please know that this survey is for research purposes only. The survey below is secure and private, and I will not share or sell your private information to any third party--I have no interest in that! If you have any concerns please contact me for further information>
BEFORE SENDING YOUR DOODLES, PLEASE NOTE:
1. ***Look at your doodle page before you send it. Be careful of confidential information that should not be posted for the public to see. It is OK to doodle-out this information. I reserve the right to artfully omit information I deem too sensitive to post.***
2. Either take a digital photo of your doodle or scan it. If you scan, please do it at 100-150 dpi minimum.
